In 2001 I passed my first fitness qualification and completely caught the ‘health & fitness bug’. I read every book I could find and attended as many workshops, seminars and training courses as I could – I felt I had found my real vocation in life.
In 2003 I fell in love with the Pilates method, qualified as a matwork instructor and Core Pilates was born. Over the years I have continued with my fitness education, qualifying as an Advanced Pilates Instructor, including qualifications in pre and post natal exercise. I now teach four classes a week in Sevenoaks, Kent and I am proud to say that some of my original class members still come to my classes!
I am also a qualified sports massage therapist, working closely with all my clients to create a tailor-made treatment plan that will provide long lasting relief and resolution. From back ache and neck pain to injury rehabilitation and prevention, my experience as a massage therapist and remedial exercise specialist will help you speed up the healing process and overcome injuries, aches and pains.
