Terms & Conditions

1. Length of Contract

Where a term of classes has been booked the booking is made between Core Pilates and the client for a period of one session for 8 consecutive periods, the period is usually weekly but is not limited to this. Once this period of eight consecutive periods has expired there is no longer a contract in place to supply a service between Core Pilates and the client.

2. Payment for Classes

Payment for each term of classes must be made no later than one week prior to the start of the new term.  Once payment has been made no refunds will be available.

 3. Health and Suitability

Ultimate responsibility in assessing the suitability and safety of any class, session or exercise must rest upon the client. Core Pilates will endeavour to ensure the client has completed the relevant health questionnaire.  If any questions have been answered “yes” the responsibility lies with the client to obtain any necessary professional approval for the suitability of any exercise regime undertaken. It is the responsibility of the client to update and inform Core Pilates of any changes to their specific or general health conditions that may or may not effect the suitability of any exercise regime entered into.

 4. Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for missed classes.  Clients can make up missed classes on an alternative day/date at the sole discretion of Core Pilates.

 5. Payment Holiday

In order to offer clients some payment flexibility, Core Pilates will allow class members to take one payment holiday per calendar year.  This can be a maximum of two weeks either taken together or separately.  Payment holidays must be notified in advance.
