Core Pilates was created in 2003 when I started with just one class in Sevenoaks. That was nearly 8 years ago and some of those original class members still come to my classes! I continued my training at the widely acclaimed Pilates Institute in London, training under Nuala Coombs and Michael King.
As well as being an experienced Pilates teacher, I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and hold certificates in Fitness for the Older Adult, Nutrition & Weight Management, Walking for Fitness, Circuit Training.
Having experienced the fantastic benefits of practicing Pilates during my own pregnancy and post natally, I also holds Level 3 Pregnancy and Post Natal Exercise qualification and I have founded the Bump to Baby Fitness website which is dedicated to helping women stay active through their pregnancy and then help them get back into shape after their baby is born.
When not teaching Pilates, I enjoy playing tennis and walking. I lives in Tonbridge with my husband and young son.
