The aim of a Pilates class is for you to work your body from top to toe in a warm, friendly environment.
Classes are booked in terms of 8 weeks and booking is essential as class numbers are restricted. Payment must be made in advance and missed classes cannot be refunded. Where possible, missed classes can be made up at another class during the same term. Classes can not be carried over into the new term.
What to Wear
You will need to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You don’t need trainers as you will exercise in socks or bare feet.
What to Bring
Please bring an exercise mat, a small cushion or towel and a bottle of water.
