Pilates is the ideal choice if you want to exercise through your pregnancy and after your baby is born. Your body goes through some dramatic changes when you are pregnant and it needs special care and attention to help it recover after your baby is born. By focusing on your postural muscles, Pilates will help to strengthen your body as your pregnancy progresses and then help you safely get back into shape once your baby has arrived.
