My love of sport and fitness led me to study for my first qualification back in 2001 and  I have continued to study, ensuring that my fitness knowledge and qualifications are kept up-to-date.  I have gained certificates in the following disciplines:

  • OCR Pilates Matwork

Further extensive training with the Pilates Institute, London in:

  • One to One Pilates
  • Pilates for Pregnancy
  • Intermediate Pilates

Plus further Pilates training:

  • Small equipment Pilates
